Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 September 2026

This policy explains how Integrate AI Advisors Ltd ("IntegrateAI", "we", "us") uses personal information. We follow UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are

Integrate AI Advisors Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company no. 17134367, registered office 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. For anything about your personal information, email hello@integrate-ai.uk.

2. Our two roles

When we decide how your information is used, we are the controller. That covers people who visit this website, contact us or book a call, and the people we deal with at our clients (for contracts, invoices and day-to-day contact). Sections 3 to 9 are about this role.

When we run our service for a client, we are a processor. The service reads information from the client's own business systems, which can include details of the client's customers, suppliers and staff. We handle that information only on the client's instructions and under a signed data processing agreement; the client is the controller and its own privacy notice applies. If you are a customer or contact of one of our clients and have a question about your information, please contact that business. We will help them respond.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Who we share it with

We use service providers who handle personal information on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect it:

When you open this website, your browser also loads fonts from Google Fonts and code libraries from jsDelivr and cdnjs (Cloudflare). Those providers receive your IP address so they can deliver the files.

We may also share information where the law requires it, or with professional advisers such as our accountants and lawyers.

5. International transfers

Some of these providers are based in, or process information in, the United States or other countries outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards UK data protection law requires, such as UK adequacy regulations (including the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or the UK's approved contract clauses. Ask us if you would like details.

6. How long we keep it

7. Cookies

This website does not set cookies or use similar technologies to track you. Cal.com, where bookings are made, is a separate website with its own cookie and privacy policies.

8. Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Some of these rights have limits set by law. To make a request, email hello@integrate-ai.uk. We will respond within one month (longer where the law allows).

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or 0303 123 1113.

9. Keeping it safe

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, and we limit access to the people who need it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
